We noticed we were without water in the late afternoon and thought we wouldn't have water until the next day, but they sent Vinnie out in a very short time and he quickly replaced the problem part and we had water soon after that! We are thankful for their great service!
I had a problem with my service call for September,I called and explained my dissatisfaction,within 2 days a serviceman was dispatched and my issues were resolved with no additional charge to me.Thank you Crystal Clear Water.
I base my review on working with Nicki who has done a fantastic job for us.
I believe the system installation went very well. The clean up was thorough and instructions where also good. A slight hiccup occurred while trying to get some information about maintenance. I encourage better communication from your office when customers call.
Great service. They are curtsies and very knowledgeable in the work. I have also used their irrigation service for my sprinkler system. Great job and reasonable. I would suggest if you have and water system and the looks bad and smells call Crystal Water.
Great service! My original phone call with the woman that answered was very pleasant and she was very accommodating. We were working during the week and couldn't really take off to have someone come out to look at our well system so she made arrangements and sent someone out to take a look on the weekend, even though that time is just for emergency call. The gentleman was very knowledgeable and we ended up buying a new system from them. 😀
I like the idea of filling the salt tank FULL so as not to use refilling it as a way to charge extra for having to come out more often, which saves me money and less "sales" opportunity than the other companies I have had. I'm a new but like what I've seen so far...
