I’m not happy about this Hotel. They’re not accommodating at all!!! Tired and hungry they won’t even let me check in 30 minutes early? Really??? I travel a lot in business, and almost 100% of the time they would allow a early check in and those hotel were less expensive than this overpriced Hotel. This will be my last time here.

oveer have performed over 1700 shows nationwide and been in some of America finest hotels. i must say Crown Plaza Grand Rapids is unprecedented...the staff is so friendly and helpful. I believe everyone including maintenance deserves Christmas bonuses and raises....I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. thank you so much Crown Plaza for such a great experience, u really make people feel right and home !
Very nice room, elegant amenities, courteous desk staff, and prompt maintenance person when room item was reported broken.
smack dab in the middle of town. Shopping places and a lot of restaurants. Friendly staffs.
Room is big, staff is friendly, but the bed is little hard woke up with sore back
