When I first pulled up I was a little weary, but the inside doesn't match the outside. Some things are a little dated, but overall the place is clean and fresh. Good value for the price. Food at the lounge is good and they have good local beers on tap.
My family had a good time the hotel is beautiful enjoyed the pool. The workers were nice. I would recommend this hotel to who ever looking for a good place to stay
My family and I enjoyed our stay. Microwave and small fridge in the room. Great pool with hot tub and sauna. The restaurant was good we had dinner and breakfast in the hotel. Kids meals available and breakfast buffet was great. Lots a fresh fruit and kids pricing available. The staff is wonderful too.
Hotel very nice. Rooms were ok if you dont mind not having a refrigerator. Me and my 3 little ones got stuck on the elevator. And all i get is yea this elevator has a mind of its own. Didnt offer us anything. The director of the hotel was their and he didnt even apologize for it. No breakfast in the morning unless your paying $10 for every person in the room. So dont bring the kids. Lol. My overall stay was not all bad but i WOULDNT come back with my family.
I came for a PRAYER BREAKFAST, SAW MY FRIEND GARFIELD HODGES WORKING HARD AS ALWAYS WITH A SMILE ON HIS FACE. BREAKFAST WAS GREAT.
I was in town on business and stayed here. Convenient to everything. Spacious, clean and well-furnished rooms. The beds were extremely comfortable, too. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Grand Rapids area!
Had to change rooms because the TV cable was acting up.
