Place very nice and clean, but so thought room would have had a microscope and a small fridge.
I thought my room was ok it needs a refrigerator. But was not to happy when my friend room found bed bugs. So I had to check my bed to make sure I didn't have any. Also some of the room keys would work then next time it won't work.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Crowne Plaza Grand Rapids. Tim at the front desk was very polite accommodating. The room was comfortable and even had complimentary aromatherapy lotion and oil. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Grand Rapids area!
Very nice staff, accommodating. The restaurant attached has great food and friendly bar staff. Lots of awesome amenities I didn't get to use but great place to stay for sure!
