The only good thing I can say about our stay was that the breakfast buffet was better than average. We were told to walk all of our luggage and our two young children a long way through the hotel because there were no closer entrances to our room. Not sure if that’s actually true. When we got to our room, the keys did not work and we had to call multiple times for someone to come let us into the room while trying to keep our children quiet in the hallways as we waited. Our room didn’t have half of the toiletries that fellow travelers had. We had black mold in our shower on the ledges where you put your soap and all around the handles on the grip bars. I told the front desk manager and she said oh we will fix it. Never happened... also overpriced breakfast buffet that was horrible. The French toast was hard as a brick even with syrup. The eggs were dry as well as the potatoes. Seemed to be microwaved leftovers.

We chose this hotel for the amenities, most importantly a pool for the kids to swim in and a fitness room for us. Not only did we twice (so far - and it's only been 6 hours) need to have our room cards reprogrammed because they weren't functioning properly, the pool was freezing cold and there were no towels available; in addition, the "fitness room" consists of two treadmills (one of which was broken), two weight machines missing the pins to add weight to the bars, and an elliptical. FILTHY, holes in curtains in my room, layer of dust so thick I could write in it, carpet along edges of the walls layered with debris, curtains in the halls layered with dust so thick you could see it in the folds. DISGUSTING!
