We love our Crown Vision center in Alton, IL. We are always greater with a warm welcome and courteous staff. Dr. Christina Levi is our most favorite. She is always courteous and friendly. The rest of the staff are always eager to help and great to work with.

I, too, had problems with business phone number left unanswered on two occasions and I went to pick up my glasses and found a note on the door that they were closed due to staff meeting. I found this unacceptable for a business. However, my main complaint is that I was charged $50 for 3 remakes that resulted due to errors in staff measuring the center of my eye, manually. I should NOT be charged for those remakes and also I find the quality poor because my lens are loose in my frames and when I made it known to them, they sa... read more
