I've gone there for the last five or six years and this was the first time I had an issue my right eye is not as clear as my left eye they said my vision got .25 better and I 100% believe that is mistake I have gone in twice to try and get them to rectify the problem and have gotten excuses both times I will never ever go back there again I begged them to even just put the lenses for my old prescription in place of the new ones they put in and I still got the runaround they absolutely refuse to do a retake on my test or fix ... read more
I ordered contacts and was never told they arrived in. Once I called them after a month of not hearing anything, the person knew nothing about it. Later, they called back and said they bad been placed in the wrong place. Then, I went to pick them up at 4:10 today, and they said they were closed at 4... even though hours online said they were open til 5. The times were changed by hand on the door. I do not recommend Crown Vision Center. I really tried to stay with them, but they are truly disorganized, incompetent and have no customer service. If you need glasses DONT GO TO CROWN VISION! We have trying to get Jacob’s sunglasses since July! Due to uveitis (which I was told by an employee that wasn’t real cause she never heard of it) this is medically necessary. I am so frustrated! I am finally dealing with an employee that has some sense of reality and is helping me!

RecommendedTrump's Pearle vision when it comes to my prescription. received text message on Thursday that my eyewear was ready for pick up whereas Pearle vision it took longer because of Lens breakage. Just picked up my eyewear at the Kirkwood location Emily was very personable would definitely recommend.
