Convenient and reasonable prices need more affordable frames for those of us on Medicaid. Otherwise I love it.
Jeff W at location in St. Louis (Ladue Crossing) gave me excellent customer service. He was professional and gave me the time I needed to make some decisions. Good advice and courteous.

I have had a horrible experience with Crown Vision, specifically the Ladue Crossing store in St Louis. My son received eyeglasses through a program that Crown Vision sponsors through local Community Schools and in less than 6 months his glasses broke. I was told by the school nurse if I brought them into any Crown Optical location they would fix the glasses. While my exam went well and normal, I felt like I was trying to deflect sales pitches the entire time. I went for my annual exam which I believed was in a way, a “checkup”, trying to be a responsible adult and all. I refused to receive an evaluation for LASIK because I can’t afford the procedure. I told the doctor I don’t make a whole lot of money and what I do make all goes to bills. I also told her I still have a 6-month supply of contacts, so I don’t need any. Worst service or eye care specialist I have been to. Went in for a routine eye exam and care. Did the exam and had to dilate my eyes for additional test. She asked if I had health insurance so I told her I did not which is why I didn't want any additional test. I go to pick out my frames which only took me about 10 min but I felt rushed the whole time.
