Was turned away & when I called customer service they tried to make me another appt and after I said "no, I won't be going back" I was hung up on. Rude in store & on the phone.

Well I was happy at first until I realised I was given the wrong prescription for my left eye. I was given the same prescription for both eyes and I know my left eye is a lot more difficult to see out of and still couldn't see out of the prescription well in my left eye. Another eye doctor confirmed it.
