This has been the absolute worse experience that I have had. My 7-10 time frame for my glasses to be ready has become a ridiculous almost 25 day time frame. Crown certainly snatched my money quickly now I am having to wait until only goodness knows when for my glasses to be ready. The two that I have dealt with seems to be passing the buck one blames the store manager the store manager is blaming the lab. Whatever the excuse this is unacceptable. Awful place to be. I visited the Mackenzie store, and it's all about upsells. I get there and they pressure me to get laser surgery, and said no several times. Then they want me to get the most expensive contacts. Next, I wanted a cheap pair of glasses to lay in bed. I told the lady this several times . She kept handing me designer frames that cost 300! Needless to say I will never ever go there or any of their stores, and you shouldn't either.

At the last minute my son changed his mind on the type of lenses he ordered. We thought it would be a problem but they took care of everything and were very helpful throughout the whole process. We will definitely be back. Michelle M.

The Lindell office was awesome. Doc was great, staff friendly. They made sure I got the best deal. I wont go anywhere but CROWN
Love it there. Reasonable prices for contacs. Appointments are pretty quick to schedule. Customer service is personable . Dr. Is informative. Very nice.
