I have never visited a doctors office that was so unprofessional as Crown Vision Lindenwood location. While waiting for a 1/2 hours past my appointment time to be seen, I asked the lady at the front desk to please check my benefits so I would know what my coverage would be. She explained to me that she was busy, however a few minutes later I see her playing on her cell phone & giggling. We appreciate your feedback as this is how we learn and make process improvements to make a much more pleasurable customer experience. Once again, I am sorry for all the frustration this has caused.
My lens popped out of my frames and of course I didn't hear it and now they won't cover another $100 for 1 lens. The glasses cost me $400 to begin with. I'm definitely going somewhere else since this company can't/won't stand behind their product. Very disappointed and would not recommend!!!

With the exception of the eye doctor, the staff at the Kingshighway/Chippewa location showed very little respect. The manger flat out told me my insurance didn't cover my eye exam, that's without even asking for my info. Turns out my insurance did cover the exam. Overall, this location feels very profit hungry, so be careful and look out for any unnecessary charges. The staff was not able to specify the various prices of the services and what the exam and service will involve. I will definitely go elsewhere for better custom... read more
