Been trying to get someone on the phone today and the hours say they are open until 6 yet someone is not answering the phone. My friend has been waiting on his glasses for almost 3 weeks now and haven't heard a thing. Very poor customer service. This is for the Ofallon, Mo location.

Hi Marsha, I certainly apologize for your frustration in not being able to reach the office. You are correct the office is open until 6pm on Thursdays and I am showing they did have a full patient schedule for the afternoon, which is not an excuse for the service received. I would be more than happy to assist with looking into this situation and determine the delay for your friends glasses if you would like to provide me with that information or you can call our customer service team and they can check into this for you.
By far the worst customer service experience I have ever had at an eye doctor. It is really sad when I am calling to spend my money with you to order contacts even after I was extremely unhappy with the previous services I received to only be told several times that the 1 person in the office capable of ordering them would have to call me back. I will be having my prescription transferred elsewhere.
