I had been having an issue with my truck for the past 2 months and finally went to Crossroads Ford. They had the issue figured out and corrected within a couple of hours. Everyone I spoke with was very polite and professional and took their time to listen to my concerns. I will not hesitate to take our truck back to Crossroads with any issues or regular service!

Had an appointment at 9: 00 in the morning, by 4:00 that afternoon I had not heard back from the service department so I called them. I was told my vehicle was still outside and had not been brought in for service to be check out to see what was wrong, and they will bring it in now and see what maybe wrong and call me back. In about 15 minutes they did call me back and they could not really give me any information.. so I told them I was not satisfied with the service and I would come and pick up my vehicle.
