RecommendedJust purchased a new F-150 SuperCrew Platinum 4WD. This was, by far, the easiest vehicle purchase I've had inmate than 30 years. Crossroads had a reasonable Internet Price listed, and gave me a good trade-in for my existing truck, a 2011 SuperCrew FX4. Simple process, no hassle with haggling. The staff at Crossroads were cordial, professional and very supportive throughout the process. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle and an enjoyable buying experience.👍👍

I was not happy with the service. On my last visit I was promised my car in 6 hours. I did not get it until the following day. The service department never called to update me on the delay. When I finally called them I was told everyone was gone and someone would call me in the morning.

RecommendedThey took very good care of me. I highly recommend this dealership. The only problem that I had is when I first walked up to the service department there were 5 people and the service manager standing there and they were busy but not one person greeted me for at least 2 minutes. I just stood there and not one person ever recognized I was even there. Finally Chris which was the furthest away from me finally helped me.
