I purchased a new f150 in February, found out in May that it has a oil leak. I have been unable to get any satisfaction from crossroads or ford motor co. They see the leak but don’t know where it’s coming from.so I’m stuck with a 7 year truck note on a lemon, by the way which also has transmission problems. Put in reverse at times and it feels like you’ve been rear ended

Their service advisors (Evin is my go to guy) are friendly, knowledgeable and explain in plain terms what needs to be done. They will answer your questions with patience. They get the work done in a timely manner and communicate with you promptly if any issues arise. This is the place to go.
