If you’d like to play “the game”, then this is the dealership for you. 2 vehicles purchased from this dealership, both within the last 2 years. Contacted to start a trade appraisal on a truck to upgrade. First, they lowball using “poor condition” on KBB, refuse to budge and then LIE saying that the Ford bumper to bumper warranty doesn’t transfer. RecommendedI was down in Pinehurst from Connecticut for golf vacation with friends. Had some trouble with my 2008 Ford Ranger. I friend, who lives there and had recently purchased a truck from them, suggested I take my truck to Crossroads. They got my truck in immediately, checked it out, and may necessary repair. Service department people (Chris especially) were very helpful, friendly, and professional. Got my truck back same day. No problems getting back home and truck runs great!! Thanks for everything.
