After haggling over trade in value they would not come off of MSRP. This dealership is no different than any dealership you will find in Fayetteville.

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Nick, Mark, and Tim were able to help me out of a tricky situation I had with a recent purchase from another dealership. I am extremely happy with my new purchase and the deal they were able to come up with for me.
We will absolutely do business here again. My husband and I have bought our fair share of vehicles and we have never had a process go this smooth! Prices are unbeatable and all of the staff were extremely friendly. We would recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle here!
We recently purchased our second Lincoln from Crossroards and we love it. We are very grateful to Joey, our salesperson who was great and spent alot of time with us figuring out how to work all of the technology in the new vehicle. Our experience with our prior Lincoln is what led us to return to Crossroads for a new Lincoln. The service department has always been very knowledgeable and helpful even when I couldn't figure out how to change the battery in the key fob.
