Wish crossfit los feliz was around 6 months earlier. Its literally walking distance from where I live. Crossfit is a perfect workout place, better than l.a. fitness or 24 hour firness places. I've been there. But I attend crossfit hollywood (3rd and la brea). Lost 30 lbs in 3 months. Something I couldnt do elsewhere. Well, good luck and maybe ill see you at the games.
This place is SO great! I've always had a little gym-related anxiety, but Brent is really knowledgeable and encouraging. For the first time in my life I actually look forward to working out ;)
