Today was the first day of the challenge for me. I am so out of shape I thought I'd get left out or not get a work out like I would with one on one. Boy was I wrong! The trainer was so attentive and motivating. He made class fun! First day down and I can't wait for more. If you're interested in weightlifting but don't know where to start this will be your jam. All shapes, all sizes. Crossfit is the place to be.

I am amazed with all of the trainers. The staff are amazing too. So much positive moods and vibes. So welcoming and no intimidation. I'm working towards my 3rd week and i've seen a change in me. Good changes. I keep a smile on my face and keeping positive because I believe I finally found a place to workout. I plan to continue after this challenge to continue getting stronger and learn so that I can reach my goal(s). Thank you.
I love CrossFit and the Los Feliz gym. The trainers are amazing and the classes are grueling but awesome. I highly recommend this gym!
I absolutely love it! It's exciting to be learning the correct techniques for performing the different excercises and lifts. I love the idea of becoming really healthy, fit, and strong. They give great attention to detail and instuction and safety. Steven and Ryan are both so friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. And it's really really FUN! I'm LOVING it!!!
Best gym I have ever joined. The staff are all wonderful and there work outs kick my butt. I'm on my fourth week and already I can see a big difference on my body transformation
