This establishment has excellent programming, a wealth of resources-both physical ( assault bike, peg board, sled, rowers, kettlebells, ropes, tires, glute/hamstring developer, cold tub and abundant space to do the workout!) and intangible ( staff knowledge, friendliness, and support to help you reach your fitness goals). I've been a member for almost a year and a half now and it's by far the most fun, inclusive, and EFFECTIVE gym/ workout program I've ever tried.
