This place takes crossfit to a whole new level of excitement and effectiveness. This is not a bunch of ego driven gym rats, but a real community of individuals who support each other to get stronger in every way.
I love the whole vibe of the gym. Even for a fat muppet like me, the trainers make it really approachable and enjoyable. The staff are excellent and members of the gym are great!
If you are tired, bored, or annoyed with the typical gym, check out CF Los Feliz. They have great staff and awesome members. The workouts are challenging both mentally and physically, and as a side bonus you will become more flexible, mobile, physically fit and more than likely, less fat.
