RecommendedAwesome gym all around. I've been going here since summer of 2019. I came in with their 6-week challenge and quickly realized this place was different than other gyms or class-based studios I had been to. They truly care and want to be a part of your journey. It's not about weight loss or muscle gain, it's about building strength, increasing mobility to avoid injury and setting/beating your own personal goals. The facility they just moved into is also great. Best part... TONS of parking. Highly recommend this place.
Love this place! Amazing community, coaches and space. All equipment is clean and in great condition. Programming for all stages of your fitness journey. Best part are the coaches and the members that make up this wonderful community!

Dropped in for a session while staying in Hollywood. Great box with an awesome atmosphere and really easy to get setup as a travelling crossfitter.
We dropped in for workout at the last minute the crew were very accommodating. Thanks for a great workout. Pam is an excellent coach with great advise and tips to improve technique.
