Been a Crossfitter for 5 years, a certified Level 1 for 2, and a member of many boxes in Miami. I joined Empirical after a lot of research and I'm so glad I did; I absolutely love it. I'm pushed daily past my personal limits, have made some great friends, and really look forward to the diversity in programming and different classes that develop me as an athlete. Empirical is a great family and I recommend to all.

I've been to many boxes all over the world and this place is by far the best box I've been to. The owners are great, the coaches are well trained and experienced, and the members are all very friendly and welcoming. This place has it all for any skill level and sets the bar for what all boxes should strive to be.

I dropped into CrossFit Empirical this past week and I am so glad I did. The owners and coaches were all so friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to show me their entire space (both sides) as well as introduce me to everyone to make me feel welcome. The class was excellent and very well coached. If you ever find yourself in town looking for a gym to drop into Empirical is where it's at! Thanks for a great drop-in experience.
