Great box! Awesome personable coaches and staff!! ****the above review doesn't do this box justice, I love CFE. The facilities are top notch and the people are too. Can't wait to come back to CrossFit Empirical. Do yourself a favor and drop in here if you are in Ft. Lauderdale, and if you live here make this your home box!!
Great coach...super nice owners. Clean box with nice equipment and set up. One criticism: the other crossfitters not so nice. Big class of 30+ and only one introduced himself. Otherwise super awesome place I would go again over the others I visited in the area.
Thanks to CFE for letting me WOD this week while on vacation. I highly recommend this box when in Fort Lauderdale. Great owners and coaches!
