I joined 5 weeks ago and absolutely love this BOX! The coaches are exactly what you need to make sure you are doing the exercise correctly and help push you to do your best. The "community" aspect is fun. Everyone who goes to this crossfit are very welcoming and supportive. I have found a great workout and made new friends!

The owners and coaches are some of the most wonderful and loving people you will ever meet and are present every day!
