Dropped in for a super fun WOD with awesome instruction and critique on the snatch!! The members were so friendly and supportive too! Definitely be returning!!
I dropped in to this gym on a Saturday with two other girls while in Fort Lauderdale for a bachelorette party. We were shown amazing hospitality the moment we walked in the door. The coaches and fellow athletes were very welcoming and encouraging. They also have a great shirt selection to choose from ($25 for tshirt/tank top and class) and are conveniently located. I would highly recommend this gym!!

I had such a great time dropping in at this box. Coaching was great and the athletes were super friendly. I will definitely drop in again.
Friendly owner/coach and members, great space, drop in details were on the site, so I didn't have to figure it out. Good programming.
