Great people, great coaching, great space! I was a drop in while working out of town.
Great new space and always welcoming yo drop ins. Did 17.1 last night and had the usual great experience. Great coaches (Lindsay and Gui) and supportive community. Keep up the great work. Patrick
Had two great days at CrossFit Empirical while on vacation in Fort Lauderdale! I can't say enough about the coaching I got as a drop in. Tons of help with my Olympic lifts and my pull-ups! I apologize I forgot the name of the gentleman and the lady that coached me but a big thank you to the whole crew! If your local I suggest you join, if you're on vacation great place to drop in.
Went in to see what it is about, and they truly wonderful explaining everything as making me comfortable! Can't wait to try it out!!
