My friend & I were in town on vacation from NJ & messaged several boxes. Almost instantly we received the nicest response from Jenn at CrossFit Empirical....so of course we went there, plus, it was an easy drive close to the airport. Once there, Coach Casey greeted us right away & we got a chance to work out in the lab - pretty cool spot. CFE owner, Jason, made us feel welcome & showed us around. If you're looking for a great box with cool peeps check out this box! It felt like a home away from home!
Awesome workout this morning! I dropped in this box while on a business trip and they couldn't have been any friendlier or more accommodating. Will be back! If I lived in the area, I would most definitely want to join as a member.
