Dropped in for 2 days, great gym with awesome people! Lindsay and Gui are exceptional coaches and very welcoming. I even picked up a helpful tip from Gui in the 1 hour I spent with him coaching. Thanks crossfit empirical!!!
I cannot say enough great things about this place. I tried a few other crossfits in the area, but loved Crossfit Empirical the best because the gym is huge, the price is reasonable, and the instructors are all so friendly and helpful! They genuinely care about you, and treat you like family and not just a customer.

This place is awesome. If you travel a lot like I do it can be hard to stick to your routine. Well I dropped in last Friday for 16.3 and then today Jesus had me PR'ing my Front Squats during the WOD. 55 lb increase in a month and a half time... Blew my mind. These guys are top notch, everyone treats you like family!
This box is amazing. I walked in the door and felt immediately welcome, as if it was my home gym. Amazing support as I attempted my first bar muscle up and got it just in time for 16.3! Seriously if you're in the area, stop in. I'll be back the next time I visit Lauderdale for sure!
Best coaching and crossfit environment I've experienced. I love my gym.
