Everyone involved in and around Cross Fit Dog Fight have been unbelievably awesome! I was a traditional weightlifter for years when my wife talked me into giving crossfit a try. Exceptional coaching. Fantastic well rounded WODs from warm up to cool down and mobility. Wonderful and friendly community. Wide variety of classes and times to fit anyone's schedule. Definitely a place to call home!
Very friendly environment. Coach Matt went through very well with each movements, which help us to prepare for WOD. I come back again when I visit Indianapolis.
