Matt is a great trainer. With a Masters in Kinesiology & a certification in CrossFit, his knowledge sets him apart from others. I've trained with him in a High Intensity Interval (HIT) class for a year, & I am excited to already be a member at CrossFit DogFight when it opens on Jan 2nd.
Best crossfit box around! Full of good people, good coaching and good community. My home base.
