I tried CrossFit Dog Fight for a month before relocating to a place where I would essentially be entering boot camp. I have also always been sceptical of CrossFit in general. Those things being said, the month of CFDF was a great decision. Matt and his coaches are knowledgeable, helpful and overall awesome people. Safety and form come first here, then absolutely destroying your workouts. They will hold you accountable and encourage at the same time. Great box, great coaches, great family atmosphere. As a personal trainer and gym owner myself, CFDF is a great place for me to push myself and reach new levels. I've been watching crossfit for about 2 years now and have been thinking about joining. My only concern was being sure I'd have great coaches and at CFDF you get just that. Amazing gym with one of the hardest workers running it I know, Matt is a fun guy to be around but all business when it comes to getting in shape!
