My 4 year old and I dropped in a couple times while in town! The people are amazing and so welcoming! Ella and I felt right at home. The workouts were great and the play area for the kids makes it so easy! I even got some great pointers from the coaches about technique! Cant wait to visit again next time we're are Indy!
The coaches were fantastic and knowledgeable. Their coaching of new skills and drills was so helpful. When I dropped in tonight unannounced they welcomed me in as part of the family. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Indy.
Awesome supportive environment for achieving challenging fitness goals, with highly knowledgeable coaches. You can see that the gym lives up to their claims when you look at their athletes and they don’t need to speak for their results. They look healthy and strong, are fun to work out with and have an awesome atitude.
There is a lot of promise and value now and in the future for this Crossfit gym. From the 4-5 hours I spent shadowing at the gym, I was able to watch Holly coach a partial class as well as watch and engage with athletes while Matt coached. They are very knowledgeable with safety, form, and mastering the fundamentals coming first in addition to hard work, having fun, and becoming better athletes and people. Dropped in for the weekend. Great gym with great people. The coaches were smart and the fellow athletes knew how to push it. Highly recommend if you want a good workout and a good experience.
Visited CrossFit Dog Fight while traveling. Made the 6 a.m. class. The group was very welcoming. The coaching was impressive, clear, simple, and direct. The workouts were well organized and everyone worked together well. This is a great gym. If you are considering CrossFit or are experienced and looking for coaching, this place is great.
Had an awesome drop in! Great equipement, well structured classes, very nice, supportive people. Definitely cominh back!
