Took my GMC Canyon in for its first service. Service experience was fine with no problems. What was a problem was making the appointment. It was a 10 minute process with much confusion. I was later told that I must have been dealing with a "call center". Call center? Go figure..............

Fixed the noisy differential the first time on my new GMC Canyon. Appreciated the loaner vehicle as well. The dealer I bought the truck from south of Savannah said they couldn't hear the noise. Critz Service heard it and fixed it. Great Service!
