After my car broke down in Savannah on our way home to Charleston, I had to have my Mercedes towed on a Sunday to Critz and rent car to get home. The service advisor (Tiffany, I believe) was excellent and kept me informed as to the problem and how it would be resolved under warranty. I was very thankful for her helpfulness and kindness to me. I would recommend Critz for service repairs.

Tiffany at Mercedes service, always knows who I am though I rarely see her more than once a year. She is courteous, efficient and knowledgeable, and when I think of buying a new car, I think of the good service she has always given me, which is influential in my decision making. She's the best!

Maybe it is unfair that I get an opportunity to rate my experience since it was my daughter Barbara Smith that sold us the car. But I have to say that I was impressed with her knowledge and attention to detail. She has always been a good worker but there is a passion now for selling BMW's.
