In 7 years of dealing/working with CRITZ BMW I've never had a bad experience! David is a Rock Star and won't work with anyone else. Not saying that others aren't as good, but I can go almost a year w/o needing service and David will greet, hug me, and talk to me as if I just had seen him the night before. Not only do they take care of my car as it if was their own, the loaners they provide are amazing. In fact my second BMW was a service car (Thank you Mark!!!) I won't go anywhere else for service. I took my BMW to the dealership and all I can say is they give the best service ever. They did a diagnostic on my car, explained the issues, told me exactly what parts and labor would cost. Then they washed it and cleaned it. It looked brand new, didn't know it was mine. Love this place.

I have never experienced such unprofessional service. The staff here is awful, especially the manager, I believe his name is Chris. I will take my business elsewhere. Hopefully Mercedes can find a staff that is educated about their product and can act in a professional manner before they lose out on more sales. You're selling luxury not fast food.
Critz sale team is the best sale team in Savannah that all automotive sale persons should learn from. Mr. Marcus Godfrey and Justin Johnson, work with us in given a very reasonable deal both in car price and trade. We were not pressure into buying something we did not need and they took the time to find us the right vehicle, which save us money
