Took my Buick Enclave in Thursday to have the oil changed and someone went through my center console and stole the cash I had in there. My husband took his GMC Sierra in the next day for an oil change and they flat out lied yelled him they had washed and vaccines his car. When my husband pointed out that they clearly hadn't done either, the response was "Oh, guess we aren't doing those today" and sent him on his way.
