They were very good and all of them were friendly. I had a key fob required and they were not able to do the programming but then ordered it from Germany and faxed it to me when it came in. The original dealer I went to in Florida told me I would not be able to get a key fob until i returned to Canada.

First of all, the service was sucks. I am very disappointed because the lacked of communication. I didn't get a ride back to the shops. I was waiting for 4 hours to get picked up from the Mall. I was told that they gonna call when my car is ready. Apparently they didn't do what they promise me. So, I have to walked back from the Mall. Critz don't care about the costumer, only they care about is your money! As a woman, I don't know about cars, so I have to asked some few questions. But, I didn't get an honest answers.

He will try to contact you again. Is your cell, work or home number best to reach you - could you share the last 4 digits of the best number?
Barbara Smith did an excellent job. She had options available for me to review on my first visit. This made the decision much easier. It was a very good experience.
