Great service.............I have taken our BMW for service several times since we have owned it. Nothing less than exceptional customer service on all occasions. Thumbs up for David in service department. He has been very helpful. Always explaining options and expected costs. I will continue to use Critz BMW for service and repairs on our BMW. I would consider buying another BMW from Critz. Note: I am about 2 hours away from Savannah, so this visit takes a full day to travel and complete service/repairs.
