I was very satisfied with my visit. I love making appoints in advance and having a car available to take to work. Maintenance was complete in 4 hours.

We were out of town broke down on the side of the road. We were towed to the dealership late in the afternoon. The mechanic tried a few things and asked questions about the motor home in about 2 hours we were back on the road. We were very fortunate to be within 10 miles of the Mercedes dealership when we had problems. We were also very thankful that Critz had helpful nice people working for them that knew what to look for.
