The service department at Critz Buick GMC was able to diagnose and solve the issue on our 2011 GMC Savana Passenger van successfully and at minimal cost! We had had multiple issues with our vehicle for months and had sought service from multiple mechanics and another GMC dealer without success. Mercedes Savannah do not want to replace airbag (Takata Recall). Always pass you to a voice message (Recall Manager)and he never answer the phone/never return calls. 😡. Zero accountability.
