The service I received was unacceptable. There was lack communication and info for customer, it was a up hill battle to find out what was going on with my vehicle. And as a paying customer, I was left stranded with no explanation to should I get a rental etc.. while whatever went on. Even after that my vehicle was used as a trash can to dump items in.

In September I contacted critz about an issue I was having with my vehicle. I took it in, they had to order the part and said it would take a couple weeks. They didn’t contact me when the part came in and I’ve been periodically checking in. So 3 months later.... here I am they have the part, I made the appointment for a day when a loaner car would be available. Horrible. STAY AWAY!! Mercedes service department is a scam. They will overcharge you and not fix the problems with your vehicle but create more issues.
