I called to ask a question and was redirected three times. Finally my phone number was taken and I was called. No was help offered, no one asked what my problem was. The young lady, Sandy, just asked me to bring my car in which is a 4 hour round trip for me. I think the question I had could have been addressed on the phone. How bad is that for service?

So far, so good. Took Cascada in for first service and all went very good. Service personnel were friendly. Am holding off on 5star rating until next appointment for comparison.
