We are not Savannahans, but when our GL went “down,” they were able to make the repairs expediently and forthrightly. They kept us totally informed and worked with our 3rd party warranty company as it was a covered repair. Everyone we dealt with, particularly John David, were very nice, patient, and a pleasure to deal with. We would not hesitate to use them, again. We wish we lived closer to Savannah!
