Fantastic service & great cars I had difficulty reaching the dealership by phone to schedule an appointment called 2-3 times and was routed to VM or lost in system. Service was limited to an oil change. Service advisor suggested $2k of repair work. I took the mini to an independent very high quality repair facility I trust. The service rep there said all three items suggested for repair were exaggerated.
The Best Service Everytime I bring in my car for service, Lauren always makes sure that the car is taken care of and that I'm happy when I leave. I couldn't ask for a better service person to work with when it comes to my car.

The Best Service Customer service was exceptional! They proactively kept me informed about my car's service each step of the way and even called me a day after I had picked up the car to make sure everything was alright.
Great deal A little shaky at first since initial salesperson quit during the process...but Morgan stepped up and completed the deal...even drove my accessories to my house for me!
