Wonderful I have been using Mini of Pittsburgh for the past 4 years and the service has always been excellent. Staff are always friendly and willing to help, Lauren and Dan are the best I have dealt with at any dealership. All my concerns are always dealt with in a timely matter and the full service is always explained thoroughly. Throughout the day I am kept updated with any issues and progress which is really appreciated. I will continue to use Mini Pittsburgh for years to come.
Great Experience I typically hate the process of buying/leasing cars, but my experience from MINI was much different. I felt heard and taken care of throughout the process. Everyone was very personable and fun to work with...I would definitely recommend MINI of PGH to others who are looking to get an amazing new car. THANK YOU!

Great deal Very Friendly. Lauren got me a loaner car when an unexpected problem needed fixed and then again when a hose popped off while I was driving home. She went out of her way to keep me updated on the progress of the work. Everyone I've delt with, from Joy, who I purchased the MINI from to Lauren in service to the GM have been great. Go get a MINI people, GREAT car!!!!

Fantastic Experience Dan, Lauren & even John, helped me this time. Dan is always curteous & helpful. Lauren is great, too. When she didn't know the answer to my question, she offered to e-mail Dan even though he was on vacation. John personally inspected the front of Zippy J to be sure that the stone chips were inconsequential. He assured me that the crew will check out the hood the next time I am in.
