Best of the Best The service staff was wonderful as always, though there wasn't an available courtesy car.
Wonderful I have been using Mini of Pittsburgh for the past 4 years and the service has always been excellent. Staff are always friendly and willing to help, Lauren and Dan are the best I have dealt with at any dealership. All my concerns are always dealt with in a timely matter and the full service is always explained thoroughly. Throughout the day I am kept updated with any issues and progress which is really appreciated. I will continue to use Mini Pittsburgh for years to come.
Great Experience I typically hate the process of buying/leasing cars, but my experience from MINI was much different. I felt heard and taken care of throughout the process. Totally recommend I've owned a MINI for the past 10 years, and I knew what I wanted long before I came to the dealership, so Jason honestly didn't have to "sell" me on buying the car. That said, he is knowledgable and thoroughly conversant in all things MINI, professional, personable and a good listener.
