Best in Years We leased a 2011 328I last week and I wanted to share with you how well we were treated by Stephan Caraway. Stephan knowledge and presentation of the of the product was very impressive and is the whole reason we leased a BMW, not the MBZ which I was also considering. I have purchased and leased several cars over the last 30 years and dealing with Stephan was one of best experiences I have made in many years. Its new to me I’ve had my “New” BMW for just over 3 weeks now. ( I know, it’s an ’08 but drives and looks brand new ) I couldn’t go another day without telling you how pleased I am with both my car and the excellent service I received from everyone at CrevierBMW, especially, T C Schusler, your #1 salesman. My Mistake My 335i broke down on me last week and I wasn’t sure what was wrong with it. I had it towed to Crevier BMW at 7am. Within two hours I had a call from the service advisor with the issue. Come to find out the BMW’s have a security feature that I somehow triggered and it would start. The entire computer of the car had to be reset and this was not covered through my extended warranty. Really Happy I just picked up my preordered M3 from Crevier BMW. I am speechless about the car but lest chat about the dealership. They helped my pick out my car along with the options I wanted. Due to the fact I was ordering it I could get what I wanted on it. They didn’t want me to over pay so we went over all the options the car has and I only got what I wanted. Im really happy with the car and the decision of going with Crevier BMW.

Great Service When I attended a party, hosted by Laguna College of Arts & Designs, I got to talking with Stacy Blaugrund who was representing Crevier BMW. During the course of the conversation I mentioned possibly buying a new Lexus. She gave me her card and said to contact her. About a month or so later I did call and was referred to Mike Spencer. Insulted by Sales Manager After working with an excellent salesman by the name of Diamond who seemed to know every detail about the 335i that I wanted to lease, the sales manager blew it. My one-year old daughter was getting restless after 45 minutes at the dealership, and I needed to wrap it up, so I asked for the lease price of the vehicle.
