Best in Years We leased a 2011 328I last week and I wanted to share with you how well we were treated by Stephan Caraway. Stephan knowledge and presentation of the of the product was very impressive and is the whole reason we leased a BMW, not the MBZ which I was also considering. I have purchased and leased several cars over the last 30 years and dealing with Stephan was one of best experiences I have made in many years. thorough Let me start off by saying that my wife and I were very hesitant in going to any car dealership over fear of being swarmed by the salesperson like vultures. Thankfully, at Crevier BMW this was no0t the case. A.Z Moosa was our salesperson, he was very thorough and explained in great detail.
My Mistake My 335i broke down on me last week and I wasnât sure what was wrong with it. I had it towed to Crevier BMW at 7am. Within two hours I had a call from the service advisor with the issue. Come to find out the BMWâs have a security feature that I somehow triggered and it would start. The entire computer of the car had to be reset and this was not covered through my extended warranty. Stephan is the man of cars I was pleasantly overwhelmed by todayâs sales experience with your sales person Stephan! Iâd read some very interesting reviews about the new 335d, and walked in and asked the receptionist for the âdiesel sales expertâ, both she and a passing sales person both said âthat would be Stephanâ ~ and they correct! My M3 I have had a M3 for the past 4 years. I love everything about it, form the body lines and gas mileage to the sleek look and power it has. I saw a brand new one the other day and my heart dropped. I felt the same way about that car as I did about mine the first day I got it. I went back to the dealer that I got my car at and they werenât able to do much for me. I wasnât very happy about the service I received from them. Great Job Crevier BMW had the exact car I was looking for. The right color and the right price. When I arrived the staff was so nice and not at all overbearing or pushy. They listened to me and what I wanted, they didnât try just to sell me anything so they could make a buck. I really respected them for that, and appreciated all they did for me. Great Job
