Great deal Very Friendly. Lauren got me a loaner car when an unexpected problem needed fixed and then again when a hose popped off while I was driving home. She went out of her way to keep me updated on the progress of the work. Everyone I've delt with, from Joy, who I purchased the MINI from to Lauren in service to the GM have been great. Go get a MINI people, GREAT car!!!!
Great Impression My MINI was due for its 16,000 mile service appointment and needed new tires as well. We chose to use the MINI loaner valet service. The loaner was delivered and picked up in a convenient time frame for us. Our own MINI was well taken care of, and we are currently enjoying its tune-up and new tires!
Great Impression The dealership did a great job putting in my new headlights. Overall I was very impressed with the service I received. The repair took a little longer than expected but we were briefed the whole way throughout and offered transportation to nearby areas. Thank you very much.

Fantastic Experience Dan, Lauren & even John, helped me this time. Dan is always curteous & helpful. Lauren is great, too. When she didn't know the answer to my question, she offered to e-mail Dan even though he was on vacation. John personally inspected the front of Zippy J to be sure that the stone chips were inconsequential. He assured me that the crew will check out the hood the next time I am in.
