Stacey is great This dealer is great. From the moment I walked in until the final sale. Stacey was friendly and very helpful. One of the things I enjoyed is fact that they didn’t try the normal, of what kind of payment you can afford. We spoke about a final price and that allowed me to get a great deal. The General Manager came over to the table I was sitting at and told me I was taking him for a run. He had a great sense of humor and was extremely friendly best part was he past my deal so in my book he is a great guy.

Great Job I have had BMW cars for as long as I can remember. The car I am talking about this time is my M5. I have had it for almost 3 years and I enjoyed it, don’t get me wrong its an amazing car but I wanted something new. My last 2 purchases were at Crevier BMW, so naturaly im going to start there. Top Ten It was time for a oil change, so I brought the i535 to Crevier BMW. I was in the waiting room and comes in the technician. He said I was all done but they had to fix my tire. I had a nail in it and as a courtesy they went ahead and repaired it. I was so impressed with the level of service I received here at Crevier I am going to tell everyone I know with a BMW. Top ten dealer in my book.

Great Job Crevier BMW had the exact car I was looking for. The right color and the right price. When I arrived the staff was so nice and not at all overbearing or pushy. They listened to me and what I wanted, they didn’t try just to sell me anything so they could make a buck. I really respected them for that, and appreciated all they did for me. Great Job

Thanks ...And of course...you, for taking an active role in calming my "nerves" as BMW went through the process of making sure I was in a safe vehicle. The car came back to me polished, and like new! I was told the part will arrive in two weeks, and the mystery of the malfunction was solved! Ps. As you know, I have owned many high-end cars over the years, from BMW, to Mercedes, to Porsche, to Audi...this 550i is one of the best driving experience’s I have ever had! Insulted by Sales Manager After working with an excellent salesman by the name of Diamond who seemed to know every detail about the 335i that I wanted to lease, the sales manager blew it. My one-year old daughter was getting restless after 45 minutes at the dealership, and I needed to wrap it up, so I asked for the lease price of the vehicle. You guys rock Short of moving Crevier to Corona where I live there is nothing you can do. I live 5 or so miles from Riverside BMW and feel they are so substandard compared to Crevier that I drive 70 Miles and pay about $15 in tolls to just get to Crevier. I am afraid to visit other BMW dealerships because I know they will not meet the expectations that Crevier lives up to. You Guys Rock! Don Crevier if you read this I will be in your commercial!!!!!
