Great Experience I typically hate the process of buying/leasing cars, but my experience from MINI was much different. I felt heard and taken care of throughout the process. Great Impression My MINI was due for its 16,000 mile service appointment and needed new tires as well. We chose to use the MINI loaner valet service. The loaner was delivered and picked up in a convenient time frame for us. Our own MINI was well taken care of, and we are currently enjoying its tune-up and new tires!

Fantastic Experience Dan, Lauren & even John, helped me this time. Dan is always curteous & helpful. Lauren is great, too. When she didn't know the answer to my question, she offered to e-mail Dan even though he was on vacation. John personally inspected the front of Zippy J to be sure that the stone chips were inconsequential. He assured me that the crew will check out the hood the next time I am in.
