good to deal with I loved my previous BMW which was totaled in a wreck, so buying this car was more than just a sales transaction. The salesman understood that and got us into a car that eased the pain of losing the other one. Best Experience One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Purchesed a MINI S in August 2010. My salesman, taught me everything I needed as I had no knowledge of MINI'S at the time. Drove 2 and had to have the S model. I worked in the car business 12 years so I know I got a very good deal. He even set up my bluetooth. He has called me several times in 4 months. Finance department was the best and most professional I ever experienced. A well ran first class dealership.
2 new Cars My wife and I had wanted to get 2 new cars but wanted them matching. We had a bet to see who could come out with a better deal. New 745 I came to Crevier BMW looking for a used 7series or a new 5. I had a payment set in my head that I knew I cant go over or I would just basically screw myself. You guys rock Short of moving Crevier to Corona where I live there is nothing you can do. I live 5 or so miles from Riverside BMW and feel they are so substandard compared to Crevier that I drive 70 Miles and pay about $15 in tolls to just get to Crevier. I am afraid to visit other BMW dealerships because I know they will not meet the expectations that Crevier lives up to. You Guys Rock! Don Crevier if you read this I will be in your commercial!!!!!
Good Work I came to Crevier BMW for routine maintenance and a check up. Good thing I did, I had a small coolant leak and a nail in my tire. They fixed the nail with no hassle and very quick might I add. I told my service writer about the leak. We scheduled a time for my car to get into the shop the following day. From the time I came in to when the car was ready, was about an hour. They understand how valuable time is these days and donât mess around.
