Parts is wonderful Crevier BMW had excellent customer service! Every time I visited the part services the staff at Crevier always makes me feel like part of their family. The parts guy was very knowledgeable I enjoy coming to Crevier for all my BMW needs!
great job Crevier BMW did a great job when I had my car towed to the service department due to it overheating. I have had my BMW for 4 years and it has never had any major problem. Every time I have it at Crevier they always figure out the problem, fix it, and send me on my way! Test Drive Crevier BMW has a great selection of used cars on their lot. I was able to look around without being hassled or pressured by anyone. When I found the one I liked we took it for a test drive. I really enjoyed the time and experience I encountered at Crevier BMW.
Clean Crevier BMW went out of their way to make sure I was happy. After taking delivery of my new car, and having it for almost 3 weeks I noticed a stain in the carpet. I donât think It came from me so I called them and told them. I made an appointment to come in and they were going to have the detail guys try to remove the stain. After about an hour I got my car back and they had shampooed the carpets in the entire car. Front and rear seat. Im very happy with the service I got from Crevier.

it all started with kelly blue book It all started with a car site called Kelly Blue book. I was checking out a few high end luxury vehicles and comparing pricing when I found the 528 that would soon become mine. It was black on Black with a hole in the roof. You guys rock Short of moving Crevier to Corona where I live there is nothing you can do. I live 5 or so miles from Riverside BMW and feel they are so substandard compared to Crevier that I drive 70 Miles and pay about $15 in tolls to just get to Crevier. I am afraid to visit other BMW dealerships because I know they will not meet the expectations that Crevier lives up to. You Guys Rock! Don Crevier if you read this I will be in your commercial!!!!!
Good Work I came to Crevier BMW for routine maintenance and a check up. Good thing I did, I had a small coolant leak and a nail in my tire. They fixed the nail with no hassle and very quick might I add. I told my service writer about the leak. We scheduled a time for my car to get into the shop the following day. From the time I came in to when the car was ready, was about an hour. They understand how valuable time is these days and donât mess around. Great Place I have been looking around for a new BMW. I have searched on the internet and all over the Southern California area and I havenât really found too much. Las week I came across Crevier BMW and liked some of the inventory they had. This week I stopped by and was blown away by the selection they had on hand. I didnât get, we can order that, or we can look for it. for anyone wanting a BMW this is the place to go for a variety.
