Excellent Treatment Very professional and detailed.
Very Pleased Lauren was absolutely wonderful. I will only work with her in the future. She was regularly updating me via text. I am so happy with how my car now works.
Fantastic service & great cars I had difficulty reaching the dealership by phone to schedule an appointment called 2-3 times and was routed to VM or lost in system. Service was limited to an oil change. Service advisor suggested $2k of repair work. I took the mini to an independent very high quality repair facility I trust. The service rep there said all three items suggested for repair were exaggerated.
Very Pleased Brought my mini in for service work and found out that it needed more work than I originally thought and they still were able to complete all work that same day which I was so appreciative that I didn't have to make another trip.
The Best Service Customer service was exceptional! They proactively kept me informed about my car's service each step of the way and even called me a day after I had picked up the car to make sure everything was alright.
Great deal A little shaky at first since initial salesperson quit during the process...but Morgan stepped up and completed the deal...even drove my accessories to my house for me!
Great experience Sales people were not pushy at all! We went in looking for a specific car. They didnt have any in that model, so looked up what dealerships had them, and also recommended comprable cars for us to check out.
Great Service When I attended a party, hosted by Laguna College of Arts & Designs, I got to talking with Stacy Blaugrund who was representing Crevier BMW. During the course of the conversation I mentioned possibly buying a new Lexus. She gave me her card and said to contact her. About a month or so later I did call and was referred to Mike Spencer. Stacey is great This dealer is great. From the moment I walked in until the final sale. Stacey was friendly and very helpful. One of the things I enjoyed is fact that they didnât try the normal, of what kind of payment you can afford. We spoke about a final price and that allowed me to get a great deal. The General Manager came over to the table I was sitting at and told me I was taking him for a run. He had a great sense of humor and was extremely friendly best part was he past my deal so in my book he is a great guy.
