good to deal with I loved my previous BMW which was totaled in a wreck, so buying this car was more than just a sales transaction. The salesman understood that and got us into a car that eased the pain of losing the other one. Best Experience One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Purchesed a MINI S in August 2010. My salesman, taught me everything I needed as I had no knowledge of MINI'S at the time. Drove 2 and had to have the S model. I worked in the car business 12 years so I know I got a very good deal. He even set up my bluetooth. He has called me several times in 4 months. Finance department was the best and most professional I ever experienced. A well ran first class dealership.

Thanks ...And of course...you, for taking an active role in calming my "nerves" as BMW went through the process of making sure I was in a safe vehicle. The car came back to me polished, and like new! I was told the part will arrive in two weeks, and the mystery of the malfunction was solved! Ps.
